Let's work together to help you feel your best and live a healthier, more conscious lifestyle. Our holistic health coaching sessions are designed to help you clarify and achieve your personal wellness goals through supportive, client-centered guidance. Following the NBHWC approach, these sessions focus on empowering you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that align with your values and vision for well-being. Together, we’ll explore your current habits, identify areas for growth, and create realistic action steps to support balance, resilience, and vitality. Your coach will provide accountability, reflection, and encouragement as you work toward lasting change. **Please note: If you’re seeking support specifically for symptom relief or herbal recommendations, our Herbal Consultation Package is a better fit. Coaching sessions are focused on goal achievement and lifestyle transformation rather than treatment planning.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful scheduling of your consultation. Please review the details carefully to ensure accuracy. 2. Cancellation by Client - 24 Hours or More Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. - Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund. - No-Show: If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, the full fee will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in this case. 3. Rescheduling -24 Hours or More Notice: You may reschedule your consultation without incurring additional fees if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. A new appointment will be arranged based on availability. -Less than 24 hours before your session: rescheduling is not guaranteed and will only be considered in cases of emergency at the discretion of the health coach. -Missed sessions without communication will be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 4. Cancellation by Provider In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. 5. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation. The refund will be made through the original payment method used for the booking. 6.
