Herbal Consultation
Service Description
Our herbal consultation is designed to provide you with personalized, holistic support tailored to your unique needs. This package allows you to receive a consultation and customized herbal protocol. Your consultation begins with the completion of an intake form. During this session, our herbalist will take the time to understand your health concerns, lifestyle, and any relevant medical history. This in-depth conversation helps us gain a clear picture of the areas in which you’re seeking herbal and wellness support. Following your initial consultation, our herbalist will thoughtfully review your case and create a customized holistic plan within 3–5 business days. This plan will include individualized herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle recommendations designed to support your overall well-being. Your personalized plan will be sent to you via email for your review and ongoing reference. Please note, this services does not include the cost of herbal supplements that are associated with your custom protocol. All supplements are a separate cost.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful scheduling of your consultation. Please review the details carefully to ensure accuracy. 2. Cancellation by Client - 24 Hours or More Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. - Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund. - No-Show: If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, the full fee will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in this case. 3. Rescheduling -24 Hours or More Notice: You may reschedule your consultation without incurring additional fees if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. A new appointment will be arranged based on availability. -Less than 24 hours before your session: rescheduling is not guaranteed and will only be considered in cases of emergency at the discretion of the health coach. -Missed sessions without communication will be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 4. Cancellation by Provider In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. 5. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation. The refund will be made through the original payment method used for the booking. 6.
